If you’re looking for support to navigate change in your life, there are two ways I can help - through individual coaching or via group coaching

Individual/1-2-1 coaching takes place over Zoom for 60-90 minutes offering the time and space to focus on anything and everything that’s important to you. Click on the link to find out more.

If you want a more cost-effective approach, then the Navigating Change group coaching programme might be for you. You would be with 15 or so people in the main sessions, at times work in pairs, hear other people’s stories of change, share ideas, be encouraged by others and have the option of additional individual coaching as well.
